Interview tips
Your job interview is the most important part of the application process. This is when the employer gets to meet you and learn more about you. Employers are interested in your experience, but they also look for personality and character traits.
Be on time and dress appropriately. If you are late and dressed in a T-shirt and jeans, the employer will think that you do not care about the job.
Stand tall, smile and give a firm handshake. Employers will notice your self-confidence. They want to hire people who have confidence in themselves and in the job they are doing.
Be prepared
: Know why you are a good candidate for the job. Identify skills ( be prepared to offer examples of where you develop your specific skills and personality strengths).
Make eye contact. Always look your interviewer directly in the eyes. It demonstrates respect, and shows that you are paying attention.

Talk about your skills with pride and enthusiasm. It shows that you like your job. The last thing an interviewer wants to see is a candidate with a negative attitude. Do not say anything bad about yourself. Stay focused on why you should be shosen for this job.
Be friendly and easy to talk to. Are you a friendly and warm person? Employers are interested in your soft skills. A person with these characteristics will make a good co-worker.
